I am a fully qualified Advanced Level 2 gym instructor, a Level 3 personal trainer and a member of CIMSPA. I also have qualifications in Kettlebell, Hatton boxing, Yoga and Nutrition RSPH. I like to keep up to date with my qualifications and am always wanting to learn more, that combined with my years of experience makes me like no other. I most recently have qualified in Training Menopausal and Perimenopausal Women too.

Boxing is one of my passions. Providing fitness, stamina, balance and power, boxing is an all-round fitness workout. I am a qualified member of the Hatton Boxing team and have worked closely with Ricky Hatton.
Hatha yoga is about balancing the body and mind. A yoga class described as ‘Hatha’ will typically involve a set of physical postures (yoga poses) and breathing techniques. These are usually practised more slowly and with more static posture holds than a Vinyasa flow or Ashtanga class. My classes are in a private studio and designed for all abilities and ages. I also run small groups so that each individual gets more attention. A class generally comprises 45mins of yoga with breathing techniques, followed by 15mins meditation at the end. All equipment provided.
Strength training, or resistance training, involves the performance of physical exercises which are designed to improve strength and endurance. It is often associated with the use of weights. It can also incorporate a variety of training techniques which can be used to build muscle, tone or for weight loss.
