Heidi is a professional, knowledgeable and dedicated personal trainer. After my first day of meeting Heidi goals were set, which was weight loss, to gain strength and change my body shape. I have enjoyed every training session the last year and have always come out with a more positive attitude. I have been training with Heidi since February 2020 and have gained a lot more strength and confidence in myself. I now feel and look so much better. I would 100% recommend Heidi to anyone who is looking to lose weight, get fit or just to feel more confident about themselves.

Before I started PT with Heidi I was extremely nervous as I hadn't exercised or been to a gym in years and knew I was very unfit. I asked Heidi to train me for a month while I was on garden leave at work. She set me a personalised diet plan to compliment the training and although I ‘only lost’ 7lbs, I was amazed at the results and my changing body shape from flabby to toned which friends and family commented on. I was so impressed with Heidi’s training that I’ve stayed with her since February 2020. Heidi has an awesome way of motivating me and although I still enjoy fine wine and food, she has taught me to look at alternatives and adaptations to help keep me on track. I sometimes leave a session really hungry as not only has she trained me for an hour, but we also discuss recipes and what we can have as a delicious alternative to my unhealthy cravings. I’m very proud of my body, and I wouldn’t be here without Heidi’s expertise. With a slightly temperamental knee and back, Heidi makes sure she keeps me safe and I’m still able to train these sensitive areas to make them stronger.

Heidi is a fantastic personal trainer. I have trained with her for over 4 years now and wouldn’t consider going to anyone else. She achieves the perfect balance of pushing you that little bit extra that you don’t think you can quite manage, whilst recognising when you have reached your limits. I have done remote and in person training, both of which worked really well. Her gym is kitted out perfectly with plenty of options to keep workouts varied. It’s also great that you have the place to yourself, so there is no waiting around for certain bits of equipment. She has always kept me very motivated and set various challenges/workouts so I have targets to focus on. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to improve their strength and overall fitness!
